END OF 2nd MARKING PERIOD APPROACHES: This week marks the end of the 2nd Marking Period.  It is hard to believe we are halfway through the year already!  We have accomplished much already and can look forward to a productive and fun-filled 2nd half of the year! TIME FOR TIMED TESTS: It is time to put our knowledge to work!  We have spent over a month learning multiplication facts and now is our chance to show what we know!  To start, timed tests will include 100 facts within a 10 minute period.  Please make sure to study your facts frequently.

Bugs Bunny spends 7 weeks collecting carrots.  Each week he collects 4 carrots.  After these 7 weeks, he eats 8 of his carrots.  He then stores the remaining carrots equally in 5 containers.  How many carrots does Bugs put in each container?
